Bed and Breakfast Rates

Oak –     Ground floor double bedroom     £70 – £80

Elm –     Upstairs double bedroom           £80 – £90

Rowan – Upstairs kingsize bedroom         £90 – £100

Single rates from £50, Family rates from £110 – £160

Deposit – We take the first nights accommodation as deposit.

Cancellation policy – There will be no cancellation charge and the deposit will be returned if we receive 14 days notice.
